Modified version of [SVI Pro 2.0 for Low VRAM (12GB)](https://civarchive.com/models/2305587/wan-22-svi-pro-20-i2v-for-12gb-vram-different-loras-per-stageoptimized-for-speed)
This workflow allowed to set multi anchor image for each clip.
By using a different image as the anchor, you can visually indicate elements initially hidden from view (such as a person's back or beneath clothing) without relying on prompts.
Additionally, you can enhance the prompt's effectiveness by anchoring appropriate images to each scene. However, as these are not keyframes, they will not be identical to the anchor images; unlike FLF2V, this method allows for rapid creation.
(For example with RTX3060-12GB, 480x832 5sec. video was made within 5 min.)
Extend version : use video instead of first image, and convine.
(Small modification : "DRAFT" switch added. This is for creating draft videos at high speed by scaling down to half size.)

Anchor images can be treated like simple loras.
The frame does not perfectly match the image, but this allows for smooth screen transitions.
However, as it is merely a reference image, it is necessary to guide it using prompts.
アンカー画像は簡易なローラのように扱えます。
フレームは画像と完全に一致しませんが、逆にこれにより滑らかな画面遷移が可能になります。
ただし、単なる参照画像であるため、プロンプトを用いて誘導する必要があります。

V1.01 : some japanese text were replaced to english.
V1.1 : I have modified the process to cut and save the first frame of the video, as anchor images may occasionally be included at the beginning of the video.(This problemis not occer in extend version.)
V1.2 : I have changed the first image to converting 6-frame video clip. This addresses the issue where the beginning of the generated video appeared strange. (This issue is not for the extended version)
V1.3 : Experimental: I have enabled the option that can input of anchor images as multiple frames (1–4 max). This allows adjustment of the anchor's influence.
V 1.3.1 : The abobe option was deleted, because it is no effect.

V 1.3.1 : Previous experimental option was deleted, because it is no effect.

Could you make a single video workflow? I'd like to adapt it. The current one is very resource-intensive and keeps disconnecting. Also, please do not use subgraphs. Thank you.
Thank you for your comment. Please expand the subgraph without running this workflow to see what's going on. It's not complicated at all. I'm simply connecting another image latent to the anchor input. Then make the same changes to your SVI workflow to suit your environment. If I made this modification after just one month of using ComfyUI, you certainly can too.And I believe that is a necessary process for understanding.
This is a really cool workflow, I am wondering whats new in v1.1, I can t seem to tell the difference
Please read the bottom of discription or 'about this version' on right side.
This is a bug fix, not a feature addition.
The workflow is great, thanks. Unfortunately, those who rely on anchors to maintain the consistency of the character's face will be disappointed. The face changes as soon as it leaves the frame and returns to the frame. The face changes when you turn your head away from the camera and return to portrait photography. The clothes are preserved satisfactorily. In any case, respect to the author!
Thank you for your comment. I published this workflow as a proposal for using SVI anchors and as an experiment. I'm still in the process of trial and error myself. I also believe SVI itself will continue to evolve in the future.
pretty good prompt adhearence.
I think im retarded. im only doing 5 seconds draft with main image and anchor image at 480p no upscale or 60fps added lightning lora above prompt. says reconnecting at 3% and im on a 5090 wtf
