This is an Illustrious lora for Hyoun from the Shining Tears anime. Hyoun is a crystal ice dragon and a general to the nation United Trading Nation Seiran. According to the lore he is half beastman with a dragon father and human mother. And like his father, Hyoun also has a thing for human women. At the end of the anime Hyoun was made king of the United Trading Nation Seiran.

Thank you. It took a while to figure out how to prompt him nicely. I still couldn't find the right prompt to get the pattern effect on him like in the anime, but it is as close as I can get it.
