This is the LCM line of ICBINP XL. The awesome photorealism you love, with the speed of LCM.
Doing the sample images for this on a Runpod A5000, four 832x1216 images without hi-res fix was taking 11 seconds, and with hires fix (R-ESRGAN-x4+ at 1.5x) was taking 47 seconds.
This NEEDS the LCM sampler (available from sd-webui-AnimateDiff extension in A1111), and goes best with 6-8 steps, 1.5 - 2 CFG, hi-res fix of 5-10 steps with a R-ESRGAN/4x-Ultrasharp/NKMD-Siax style upscaler at a denoise of 0.3-0.5, and can do resolutions from 512x640 up to stock SDXL 832x1216 without issues.

@tigerart thanks for the feedback, I guess i wasn't specific enough, I was asking @residentchiefnz as a maker of models on those different versions :)
but since you wrote, would be nice if you could share a bit more :P
for instance, even though i start playing with SDXL a bit more, i'm still more amazed about the ecosystem of 1.5 when it comes to generating people (SDXL excels at other stuff, but it's not quite there on this topic)
Sdxl for base renders due to higher resolution, but 1.5 for upscaling due to controlnet tile
LCM has its place in animations but if just making images Id rather have the quality

is there anything we need to do to enable LCM Line, i downloaded animatediff extension but not familiar with it
Once installed correctly reboot the system and it should come up with “sampler injected” in the console logs then you are good to go
maybe try out the LCM SDXL Lora, some models have the LCM Lora includet - others dont. LCM usually works with LCM + LCM Lora (there are SD and SDXL versions)
@pink0909 latest LCM models have the LCM lora already in it.
