I've tried some prompts, such as viewer's groin touching the subject's groin, legs touching legs, seemingly no effect. Maybe someone else has other ideas.

Stick all the way in, and also give them a nice suffocating bear hug. Then you won't have that problem. Also they won't be able to get away. You'll get tired though and lose your erection, but that's another story.

The bear hug unfortunately doesn't have a good visual element (All you'd see is their face at best) and we don't have sensory AI yet (sex robots will probably come first), so just the usual Missionary POV has to do.

all your lora's are absolutely amazing. very less descriptive prompt needed.

with other's loras i had to get creative with prompts.
for your BJ and cowgirl lora. a single line prompt was able to get me the exact results that i wanted PLUS no facial structure drift.
the color scheme does shift slightly warm at each iteration but there is a fix for so no worries on that part.

Yo! This is the only sex position LORA I've found that actually works correctly for Flux 2 Klein! Beautiful work. No pressure at all, but I would love to see you do more with Flux 2 Klein. I'm sure its hard to train LORAs for but this one LORA has changed my image edit workflow to literally a single prompt, at least for cowgirl position. So much less fighting, and at least for cowgirl I don't have to start with an image already resembling cowgirl. Its honestly amazing.
