As someone who dated a pro female bodybuilder, & knew 2 more, I can't really tell much of a difference between -2 & +2. Maybe -2 & +4 there is a difference.
Yes there is not much difference. It is to give more definition rather than bulk and it is in the description. If you are interested in bulk I am about to release another one after some testing.

This is perfect. I don't care for the all-or-nothing body-building style muscle sliders. I mostly want something to remove muscle when it sometimes adds it when unwanted. Thanks!
