It works with face LoRA like 3d glasses, or body shaping LoRA like cellulite or LoliSDXLM, but it isn't going to give better feet to Cowgirl with Feet, as it is pose specific. It gives better feet to those three poses, doggystyle, legs up, and m shaped legs.
