This is the cutest version of Susie I've seen! Where can I find the artist? Also, just to be alert, any kind of stuff they do?
They have a pixiv and twitter page. Their content is mostly Susie and Susie Accessories as well as other cute & chubby furry characters. As for heads ups I could give, just pretty normal pinups and the occasional vanilla NSFW (penetration, nudity, etc.) I first found them on an aggregate site called e621. (Also realized I accidentally spelled the name wrong in the original title, now currently corrected, thanks for making me realize that!)
