Hey jwp! Not sure what your policy was or anything like that (your description definitely got a laugh out of me though lol), but would it be OK if I suggested a character with some amount of fan art, but not enough for popular lora creators to take a look at? You're the first person who came to mind when I thought about "creators who can work magic with just a little material".
I've been looking for someone capable of creating loras for Master Detective Archives: Rain Code, a game on Switch that has had a slow but steady trickle of fan art for anyone who isn't a main character. Would it be possible to create a lora of Pucci Lavmin from that game someday? She currently has about 20 pieces on -booru sites, and her many headshot sprites are available on Spriters' Resource.
Screenshots from YouTube playthroughs of the game's Chapter 0 (the very first part of the game) could also be possible if more material would be needed--I know there's already one sitting on the game's miraheze wiki.
