This is my standalone battle tested female nudes nsfw upscale workflow. Adjust the denoise on the sampler from 0.20 to 0.28 depending on how much detail needs to be refined on your upscale. I like the Nomos8KDat upscale .pth with the Fux Capacity 5.0 model. The positive prompt will give you a truly realistic looking photo with all the subtle imperfections of female nudes.

I like using this upscale workflow in combination with qwen image edit 2511 + sexgod nudes lora. But it it works great for any nude photos.

If you want a really clean image, use a positive prompt like "professional photographer, nude woman, detailed breasts and pubic hair, detailed vulva and labia, nice face, clean sharp image, crisp edges, high resolution, 32k quality "
