The BMP-2 is the second generation of the mainline series of infantry fighting vehicle put in service by the Soviet Union in 1980.
I trained only on the base version of the vehicle which was harder than expected. A lot of the good BMP-2 pictures now are of the BMP-2M or other upgraded variants. A lot of the stock BMP-2 pictures were of the vehicle without the ATGM tube mounted.
The result is OK, unfortunately the limited resources didn't allow for a result as crisp as I'd like on some details. some angles are better than others.

Interesting!
Is there a motivation for this variant? Or is it simply a case of working the concepts forward?
Nothing in particular. I like soviet military equipment. the BRDM-2 is probably next.
@nemo474 Fair!
You had commented on the difficulties of getting accurate training materials, so I was just curious if the drive was from the challenge, a wish for a compete treatment or a finer appreciation for the BMP. 👍
Thank you @KelevraQuakenstein so much 😌💜
