She has extremely large breasts (primary)

The image focuses on her exaggeratedly large breasts (secondary)

FYI - While the faces and hair in the dataset are diverse, there will be some side-effects to the lower body, especially thighs. But at the same time, wouldn't be more realistic to have bulkier legs if you are carrying like 30 pounds on your chest all the time?
