The female protagonist of the ongoing manga from Ryotaro Iwanaga. An uneven adaptation from studio Gonzo in the 2000s (too many "original" filler episodes) means that probably we're not going to be seeing more of the adventures of Section III in anime form.
I'm including her dress from the party toward the end of the anime, but honestly it could be better. Not much data for it on its not-torn status, plus the manga and the anime have different designs.
