This is an Illustrious lora for the Third Army from DC Comics. The Third Army are genetically engineered super beings created by the leaders of the Green Lanterns by whom, in the New 52 line of comics, turned out to be evil the whole time. The creatures can turn other people into members of the Third Army by touching and then changing the genetic structure of the people touched. They lack all emotions and are made to purely wield willpower.
A weight of 1 to 1.5 works well with this with most models with the best results around 1.35. With some checkpoints and prompts used, the weight would probably need to increase to get a more realistic result. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 5 to 7.

Someone suggested this to me. I remember briefly knowing about it while glancing through comics once at a book store. In a way he looks similar to the living embodiment of The Darkness, which I made a lora awhile back.
