From Plastic Nee-san, Jougi, also known as Katsuo Mogami:

“Today, I’m graduating from being a beginner girl.
I guess that makes me an intermediate-level girl now.”

Formerly a boy, Jougi possesses the ability to measure anything she sees with her eyes, including physical objects as well as abstract concepts.

Her name, Jougi (定規), literally means “ruler”, the measuring instrument. It is a fitting name for someone whose special ability is to measure virtually anything she perceives.

Her classmates and friends: Nibimochi and Nibi.
