This is my first attempt to train lora. So... the result for me was... not pleased. I didn't get what I expected. The motion can be very rough and some sort of glitch. Sometimes the result a quite good. Perhaps because my dataset was inconsistent. With out trigger word it works I think a little bit smooth. Try use different CFG settings.

UPDATE: I received a feedback from are users. It doesn't download. I try to fix it now.
