It doesn't work well for me: the images are almost blurry and lack much detail. Even the nipples are very simplified and it doesn't matter how I change the prompt.
It seems that you're not that good at generating images... my previews speak for themselves. Also, I noticed that you initially commented saying everything was fine, but then changed your mind. This character appears for only a very short time, and the series it's from is quite old and very blurry, it also only shows up in night scenes. It's not possible to do better than this. You can't expect a miracle when the source material itself isn't great.
@Fasd800 I changed my mind because I made my decision before actually trying the Lora. Strangely, even copying your settings exactly doesn't produce any quality. Ironically, using an older Lora (https://civitai.com/models/624136/yuki-toudoubible-black
) I get significantly better results. Perhaps it's an SD limitation?

@gr690022 Pony and Illustrious are two different things..... the model you mentioned is for Pony. Believe me, if you know how to generate an image, you'll have my same exact results
If you don't turn on "Hires. fix", the image will be extremely blurry.
This is true even if the sample, prompts, and settings are exactly the same.
Also, using "cowboy_shot" tends to result in a long body.
