I don't know. I believe it's an issue on Civitai's site.
For the sake of my credibility, I can state the following:
・To date, I have published over 50 LoRAs and have never embedded malicious programs nor received any feedback suggesting such activity.
・I am a LoRA creator who held the top spot in the Concept Creator Rankings for approximately one month and am aware that my engagement on Civitai is high.
Regarding the issues encountered during LoRA submissions, there was a bug where scanning images for LoRA usage examples was slow, and they weren't displaying in the site's model list. It seems likely there was a major bug in the site's backend processing.
※ As per the comment by “Gaspatcher” on this LoRA, it appears the site itself was malfunctioning at the time.
