    A side-grade merge of several of my models (SteinIllustrious, Augenstein, and Illustein) using Merge Block Weighted merging experimentally - something that's new to me. This particular prototype seems to be a bit better at furry art than others, and folks seem to like the results, so, I figure it's time to give it an upload.

    Recommended sampler: DDPM
    Step Count: 30-40
    Scheduler: Align Your Steps GITS
    CFG: 4.5-5.5

    Recognizes source and score tags (though these are not required), and tends to reach its peak aesthetics without a negative prompt.

    Description

    Initial version. As always, no time gating, no early access nonsense, no fees; free for you to enjoy.

    When you say the Scheduler is "Align Your Steps GITS", is this a combination of the AYS and GITS schedulers or is it one, then the other across two samplers, or something else?

    It's a single scheduler within the UI I use (classic, last-edition ForgeUI prior to the Neo branch) called Align Your Steps GITS.

    Things I'm unsure of: How many other UIs have access to this (or schedulers as a whole), if schedulers can be found and added from somewhere online, and what would be comparable to it in its absence. I also have access to Align Your Steps 11 and 32, which, according to online documentation, are optimized for those exact step counts, though I'm not sure what makes the GITS one different. I just like the outputs more. Apparently, they're designed to do the bulk of denoising for elements like anatomy within the opening percentage of the step count, and spend the rest of the steps refining details; karras is similar, from what I've read, though the results look dissimilar same to me.

    @AI_nstein thanks for the info.

    I'm using vanilla ComfyUI which has both AYS and GITS as scheduler nodes but I don't see a way to combine them. Anecdotally, AYS and GITS seem about even in terms of output quality. However, AYS does seem noticeably better than Karras with dpmpp SDE, which I what I have used with your models previously.

    Gave it a try. Tested some things, started getting good results when i put in your specified parameters and deleted the negs (except 2 i couldn't remove without altering the picture) and the results actually came out very good, and achieved something I had been trying to get for a while.
