Dwayne Cochran (voiced by Jeffrey Buehl) is the local garbage man for the Foutleys on As Told By Ginger. He has bad hygiene and gross habits like playing hockey with a urinal cake which make him the hero of Carl Foutley. He is into grunge music and is heavily implied to be a stoner.
