Introducing Valorie.
Valorie has the face of a magazine cover girl and the body of a champion bodybuilder. She is sexy and strong and she has a really hard time finding clothes that fit.
Important: This model is 100% fictitious and is not based on images of any real person. She originated with images generated by AI and has evolved from there using only AI rendering. No images (neither actual nor AI-generated) of any real person was ever involved in the making of this model.
The High and Low models are both needed to get the full look, although the high model can be used alone if you want to use Valorie's physique with a different character.
High Noise: 1.00
Low Noise: 0.8 looks best, in my opinion, but most of the sample videos are made with 1.00 for reference
Valorie can be prompted with extra large muscles if you want an even more exaggerated bodybuilder look, or you can scale down the models and modify the prompts if you want more of a trim fitness model appearance. She has been trained with a variety of motions and as you can see in the samples she can be clothed or nude. The only other LoRA used in the sample videos was Boob Physics in the Low Noise pipeline, so all the motions in the videos are present in the model.

Dumb question, as I'never used character LoRAs from T2V, can these character be used in i2v too? Like make Valorie fighting Hulk (>_<)
I think so, I made a video with an image of a minion alone with his dick out, then I made him bang Elastigirl with an Elastigirl lora.
@TieFighterPilot I can think of a few ways where it would be useful. First, of course if you have an image of the same character to start with then having the motion lora of the character would help in the video.
Second, you can get motions that are trained in the model that you might want.
Third, if the video needs to show a person or parts of a person that are not in the initial image, then the character lora can help. So if you have a close-up of a woman's face and you want a video where the camera pulls back and surprise! she's a female bodybuilder! then a lora like this could help with that. You could also use a generic muscular model to get the same effect, though. I have one and there are a few other wan muscular models out there.
The example GayLizardSpy gave is similar, where the character isn't in the scene at first and then you add the person to the scene later on. Same thing goes for transformation scenes where the person in your image is transformed into a new person, then having the character model for the new person can help guide the end of the video scene.

Can you pls share how exactly you create them?
I tried a while ago on runpod with ostris i think or how that template is called, following a tutorial, but it came out horrible when trying to create a lora.
So can you pls share details on how exactly you come to those resutls? like what tool are you using, how many pictures, what resolution, what angles, what to watch out for in the pictures, and then all the settings during lora creation?
Thanks for the kind words. Those are some big questions that can't really be answered in a comment. I still feel like I'm figuring these things out, but I could write up what I know in an article and maybe that would give people a start when they're learning this stuff too.

I think best is to just share all the settings you used to create for example this lora here, and if you want even add explanations on what each setting does and why you chose 1 over the other...
for me it would be enough just to have a screeshot of all the settings and which training tool you use, if you don't wanna write down each setting
