This is a basic Evil Demon Lord is reviving 1980's fantasy OVA. It is of the hentai persuasion given the publisher.

What stood out is the corruption / possession sequence early on where the Mage Leila is carried away by winged demons (Army of Darkness Style) and seduced by a demon who possesses her body to escape imprisonment. There isn't a lot of her left at the end of the transformation but the contrast of cute/pretty anime character to hard retro villainess with a fixed fanged grin left an impression. Evidently this was a Part 1 of more but Part 2 never happened.
