The lora doesn't seem to do much except changes the generation style and making the image soft and less sharp. The hairstyle looks very much the same with the same "elaborate hair" prompt without this lora. This is my initial observation, will do futher testing and see if there is anything interesting that this lora can do.
using weight less than 0.8 still affects the art style and does not give anything extra to the hair structure, what is it supposed to add to the base model "elaborate hairstyle"? can you show the training images?
forgot to mention, only tested with i2i edit, not t2i.
try combinations of glamorous hair style, elaborate hair, updo. I have run the same prompts with and without lora . it definitely change the hair style. look at prompts for image I uploaded. As for the softness , I have been trying to get rid of that. keep weight down and add a real realism lora ( ex only_fans )
