Follow the prompt framework - make sure to use the trigger word, this is different than my qwen lora:
Trigger for gag: "f1shh00k fish-hook gag in mouth fastened with straps"
Trigger for nose hook: "n0seh00k nostrils pulled upwards by gold nose hook attached to vertical strap over her head"
Default colors work best, you can specify different colors for the hook and straps if you want but may be iffy or not perfect, but might be worth trying
