Tagging based lora for assisting getting one's tongue in foreskin and around the glans.

Uses e621 based tagging, simple as can be. Recommended strength 0.5 or thereabouts.
Noob models will likely require more.

Some points can still be improved but that's a thing for later if there's enough interest. I have some ideas that might help.
