This LoRA was born mainly from my curiosity to create one, to understand the training steps, and to dive even deeper down the "rabbit hole" of this fantastic world!
The primary goal was to "fix" what I consider a "flaw" in many Z-Image Turbo models: breast sizes are often standard (or rather, large). Very often, the prompt alone isn't enough to get the desired size, and it’s difficult to achieve a small or very small bust (at least, that’s been my experience).
As a long-time fan of small breasts and a recent fan of Z-Image Turbo, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to test my first LoRA! And while I was at it, why not try to fix the "nipple detail" issue too? After all, it’s just my first LoRA: how hard could it be to do something simple? What could possibly go wrong?
Well, no need to beat around the bush: something went decidedly wrong 😂😂
The dataset was basically entirely based on small breasts. You can imagine my surprise when I realized it did everything except change breast sizes! But not everything went wrong. I noticed that part of the initial project actually turned out quite well. Right from the first generations, I could see the texture, skin details, and lighting improve compared to generations without the LoRA (obviously, this is just my personal taste).
So, even though I was disappointed that my primary goal wasn’t achieved, I’m pretty happy with the result: half the idea worked! And anyway, it’s just the first experiment; maybe the next one will go better.
Anyway, you probably don’t care much about my reasons or my fantasies about small breasts... 😉
I’m publishing this LoRA because I think it could be useful for users looking for a slight improvement in textures and lighting, or for images that look more "professional." If you are looking for a raw "amateur photo" look, this isn’t for you.
It doesn’t pretend to be a magic wand, nor to replace existing LoRAs that do this job better. However, it can be that "utility" LoRA that fixes small details on its own. Perfect for those who don’t have the time or desire to hunt for ten different LoRAs and figure out the perfect weight balance for each.
✨ What it does:
Reduces the "plastic skin" effect.
Adds light pores and natural micro-details.
Improves lighting and shadows for a less flat look.
Lightweight: Uses low/medium weights without ruining faces or making the image overly "crunchy."
❌ What it is NOT:
A slider to change body shapes or sizes.
A replacement for "heavy-duty" LoRAs if you are looking for extreme effects. It is a subtle refinement.
⚙️ Usage Tips:
Recommended Weight:
0.5 - 1.0The sweet spot is around 0.75 / 0.85.
From my tests, at
0.5changes are almost imperceptible, while above1.0it becomes excessive.
When used with other LoRAs: I found it’s best to keep it at <= 0.7, otherwise it tends to become "too strong" and overpower the others.
Note: This is my first published LoRA. The goal was to create a simple tool to improve the naturalness of everyday generations. Feedback and tips are welcome! Happy generating everyone! 🚀

This looks amazing with the light depth changes!
also DFC is justice.
Thank you! I'm really happy that the improvements made to the depth and texture are noticeable. This is a first experiment, but I hope you like it and, above all, that it can be the beginning of something fun.
Nonsense. Even at 0.6, the head gets larger, and natural details like freckles, pimples, and capillaries under translucent skin disappear. The color cast is very reminiscent of the effect of lore detailers for SD 1.5. Guys, if you're missing skin detail, just bump up the cfg to 1.6 (it works great on euler and dpmpp_xxxxx samplers).
Hi, it's strange that you're seeing these size changes with 0.6. I've been trying it at 1 these days and it doesn't seem to be happening. In fact, comparing it to images without LoRa doesn't seem to change much, the only thing is that the subject gets a little closer. As for what you said about losing natural details like freckles or pimples, yes, it does! I even specified this in the description. If you're looking for a natural, "amateur" effect, it's not suitable. In any case, as specified, there are much better LoRas out there for those details. In my opinion, this LoRa can be useful for new or less experienced users who can't or don't want to go crazy with too many settings or targeted LoRa searches.
