v3.1 is here and it's a huge upgrade!! Better identity at lower weights and I was able to get the flexibility to be even better. Take a look at the images and compare prompts. Some are hybrid edits/generations and others are typical txt2img. You don't need to go hard on the weights, even a .6 can get you good likeness and not burn out.
