Lora makes the elf's ears not as long as they are drawn in most models. Works best with portraits, also suitable for inpainting in "only masked" mode.

As it turned out, the first version of the lora affects the appearance of men: darker skin, wider jaw. I corrected the dataset so that this influence was minimal.

This is amazing, it works exactly as you describe, and by default only tames the huge elf ears because of the model I'm using, but you can further prompt into small half-elf ears, or anything in between. I actually wanted something in between, just not the crazy huge (think WoW elves) ears and something more modest. Now I can choose.
