This LoRA was trained on close-up images of realistic downward dicknipples with large breasts. It works well for inpainting but it may not work as well for normal test-to-image since it was trained on close-ups.

I have had some luck including "nipples" in the negative prompt, but the model is just not great for generating anything that isn't a closeup, which is why I'm using it for inpainting.
