A pose LoRa for flexing one biceps. I made this for International Women's Day, but had to delay it in favor of my 100th LoRa, so I am sharing it now. It's inspired by the "Rosie the Riveter - We Can Do It!" poster from the 1940s, but trained with several anime style pics. Works best with "three quarter view", "from side" or "from behind". Could have trained a bit longer maybe. Illustrious version may generate bad hands. Use "crossed arms" in the negative prompt for the Illustrious version to avoid crossed arms.

Retrain for Illustrious. First verrion did not work good, but this version works ok, Still not as good as the anima version probably, but you can generate some nice images using additional tags like "from side", "from behind", "portrait" etc.
