I created a Lora that allows my favorite character to do a 180-degree split, in both sideways and forward-facing patterns, similar to those seen in gymnastics. For the image material, I mainly used pictures of gymnasts performing 180-degree splits in both these patterns. I also included scenes of doing it on a balance beam, but the prompts don't seem to function very well, so handling the location seems to be quite luck-based. I think a strength of 0.4 should be fine, but depending on the character's Lora, it often doesn't work as intended, so increasing the strength to 0.5 or more might be a good idea.
