A character LoRa for Marcus Mars from One Piece. He is one of the Five Elders of World Govt. appearing first in Episode 151 "The 100,000,000 Man! The World's Highest Authority and the Pirate Blackbeard" of the anime. Trained with images from different artists and a few screencaps from different story arcs (the Five Elders appear in a few episodes previous to Episode 1000 only showing them at their residence in Mary Joa). This was a request by @yoden22.
