@JLFO Well, regarding Roo, it's nothing more than fan rumor/speculation about whether she'll appear in a future season 3 of Hazbin or something like that.

@JLFO Roo IS one of Vivzie's characters and the design is official though subject to change since it's an early concept. All Viv has said about Roo is that she's a looming threat in the distance and it's gonna be a long ass time before she appears. But she WILL appear, Viv has stated they've done recording sessions for her already
