Technically, you could; the question is, what should it produce? Wide waist? like wider than the body?
I did some testing, and it sorta works. The goal would be to get a rectangle body type, the opposite of the narrow waist hourglass figure. "While an hourglass features a sharply defined, narrow waist balanced by equal bust and hip measurements, a rectangle features a straight silhouette where the shoulders, bust, waist, and hips are of very similar widths with little waist definition." Most of western animation styles feature unrealistic/artistic hourglass shapes, and I'd like some LoRa that could go a bit in the opposite direction, at least for some characters. Sometimes "realistic proportions" prompt works, but not always, since an hourglass can also be realistic.
