FP8 Download
For some reason, when you upload multiple formats (BF16 + FP8) on one model, which they now support, they hide the FP8 under the BF16 model group in the side menu...

Not able to download it.. I assume it's the Civit issue as usual as it says "Error: File not found"
Strange, I've tried it just now and it works. Try CTRL + F5 to refresh the site and try once again?
It's downloading for me. Try a different browser.
It happened to me a couple of times; I guess the server still needs to settle down xD.
If it says it can't find the file the first time, it works when you try to download it a second time.
@JFTC This approach worked for me after I got the same issue
Pretty awesome but I use DPM++2M + Simple + CFG 1.1 and 20 steps
20 steps for ZIT Turbo???
The extra steps won't help a lot. You need stronger later sigmas to change more things in later step-counts. I use 12 because at lower steps you often get missing or extra limbs because it changes too much on early steps. It needs more steps to sort itself out.
I like what you did whit the model name 😅
Please ADD Q8 GGUF or FP8 versions of all models!
For those of us that need smaller models to run!
It's too much work.
Can't you quantize them yourself? I don't think it requires a lot of VRAM.
@6tZ Unfortunatly my old circa 2015 laptop doesent have VRAM to handle it :(
All converter script I tried didnt work on my hardware :(
You could just start making FP8 version only, so most of us can actually use it!
No need for BF/FP16 version, too samll of quality difference with FP8 version BUT huge differrence in load on weaker hardware!
@AKDesigns This is incorrect. The quality difference is huge unfortunately.
Not in the visual renders, both can do good renders, but in anatomical understanding and the NSFW capability, the FP8 version is quite inferior, and even worse in GGUF.
But I'll do my best to support reasonably. It's just hard to convert and upload all models. There are still buggy uploads to CivitAI that fails after reaching 99 or 100% uploaded, so it's a chore to upload many versions.
@AKDesigns FP8 uploaded.
@AKDesigns have I got the tool for you! https://github.com/qskousen/ggufy I made this open source program that is easy to use, and very low RAM usage (no VRAM at all, just regular RAM), easy to make your own GGUF or FP8. @6tZ ;) I'm here for you.
@ferretduck you sir, are amazing. Now i no longer have to wait and beg for others to make smaller versions. You need to share your creation on r/StableDiffusion and r/comfyui
@6tZ Bro could you tell us how to quantize Zit for FP8 properly on a home PC? Not all FP8 is the same and GGUFY doesn't do FP8 plus I'm not using GGUF for ZIT. I've been trying to find info and It's not obvious. Thanks for doing it for this one, but did you mean to set it to Early Access?
@ferrrett33 It does do FP8, you need to set the output type to safetensors instead of gguf
@ferretduck meet @ferret33 holy shit why are there so many ferret users on civit... oh wait
@ferrrett33 I put all new models I release to Early Access. It's a way for people that are eager to use it to contribute to cover training costs and time spent on the models.
Totally optional, and in 1-2 weeks, everybody gets the model for free.
It's totally okay to leech and just take the free model, I encourage it. But I also appreciate the support and thanks given by the community. It's really helped me.
It literally paid for my GPU that I'm training on now. 3070 > 5090 <3
@6tZ my name has nothing to do with... what you're referring to and is more random chance than anything else haha
Serves up a remarkable variety of images from any given prompt. This makes it one of my favourite ZiT models.
