It's a rather large lora, so it probably has a wide array of skin types, plus FLUX2 doesn't really respond to "trigger words" loras just work differently for FLUX2 and really even FLUX1 compared to SDXL most of the time for this kind of lora the lora will to dumb it down a lot show the model what not to do, so there will not be any specific trigger words just use natural descriptive language like a technical manual, not like you are writing to a friend.

So for "very pale skin" you would write "... extremely pale translucent ivory skin, neutral undertones, body blush, peach fuzz, etc..."

@Felldude Ah is that the case, then does this lora not work well with dark scenes? aka will I be fighting it to get low illumination. Also should I then be more descriptive about how the light interplay with the skin rather than putting a lot of effort into describing the exact skin type and detail.
