Karulau (カルラ, Karura), full name Karulawaturei (カルラゥアツゥレイ), is a warrior and former princess of a distant foreign nation. She would later be overthrown and condemned to become a "sword slave", forced to fight for entertainment, before she eventually killed her captives and escaped. Karulawaturei was eventually taken in by Hakuowlo as a warrior in service to him, and now lives a more carefree life as "Karulau". She is one of only a few surviving members of a race known as the Giriyagina. She is a fierce swordswoman with a nonetheless easygoing and mischievous personality, and greatly enjoys sake.
