i think it usually is just hires fix + some tweaking of negative prompts, recently ive been quite lazy and just use (worst_quality:2.0)

This is a case to think about what you don't want rather than what you do. So in the negative, try words such as busty, boobs, breasts etc. In the positive, think about body shape that might help, such as petite. These will tend to correct excessive bias and give a more realistic result. Loras could well work too.

Uhh, is it up to the uploader to police images/reviews? How is it 90% of the images below are all from a single user uploaded one at a time. That's unbelievably obnoxious. It'd be nice to see some variety in what people have done with the model but with the spammer it's almost impossible.

Set the aspect ratio accordingly., include the keywords “full body, standing” in the prompt, and exclude phrases such as “detailed face, detailed eyes” that describe facial details.

Many thanks for this great model! I've been using the V40 so far and it works great! After downloading the V60 I noticed that the images all have a washed-out/desaturated look. Example on Instagram:
