Carter: Look, if you guys don't shape up, I'm gonna rent this place to Goldilocks and the three bears.

Papa Bear: Ooh, this is nice.

Daddy Bear: It's every bit as darling as you said.

Carter: They're gonna fix up the place.

In the Family Guy episode Grimm Job, Peter was reading some fairy tales to Stewie. In the Little Red Riding Hood segment, Carter made a Three Bears joke with gay men instead of the bear family.

I assume this guy is the Papa Bear.
