If you're like me, you spend time reducing the hugely muscular bodies into something a bit more average but still fit. If you frequently drop in negative prompts to tone it all down, then this LoRA may be for you. Introducing Twunkshaper.
Twunk. noun
a combination of twink + hunk, with characteristics of both, or,
a muscular twink.
Twunkshaper is designed to manage male musculature without a lot of fuss. I strongly recommend starting with a strength of 0.6 and adjusting based on need and how strongly your chosen checkpoint turns men into gorillas.
If you're into visible waistbands, this pairs very well with my other LoRA, Shy Undies
v2 for Illustrious is a major overhaul and enhancement of the legacy (1.0) version, focused on a few key principles:
Relaxing abdominals so the subject doesn't look like they're constantly flexing
Narrowing adonis belts/waists and shoulders
Slimming the chest. Note that the chest may still be too big for some tastes, so the answer is to prompt to modify the thickness of the chest (e.g. prompting 'small chest') instead of cranking up Twunkshaper.
Description
Initial version! Tested with a few male-focused checkpoints to my satisfaction and with minimal post-work. As always, YMMV. Sometimes this version will generate hilariously thick legs.

This is a good idea, but this isn't that much slimmed down from what most of the gay models, which tend to be extremely overbuilt, give us already.
Also, "femme" and "butch" have nothing to do with build. Twinks and twunks aren't femme by default, they're just usually less bulky than bodybuilders and bara daddies. Giant muscles don't make a person butch, any more than being slim makes someone femme.
All fair comments. The definition provided came from library.lgbt, so do know that any misuse of terms was not my intent. Many of the models I tend to use make it difficult to simply drop build overall without stacking negative prompts, so this helps me and, hopefully, it helps others too. :)
Some of the checkpoints I use, the boys have gotten so muscular or, more accurately, have lost so much bodyfat, that I can't even stack the negatives anymore and fix it. I've used like "(muscular, muscular male, toned, toned male:1.6)" in the NP and gotten barely any results. So any help this gives is appreciated.
There's a similar LoRA out there with a similar raison d'être called "softabs" that you might want to check out also. Maybe using it together with this one will give the best results? I've not tried it yet.
Ooh, thank you, I'll take a look. Though this one is definitely supposed to aim for small frame, low fat, high definition in most cases. There may be an opportunity here, though. Thanks!
You could try using the "body type" slider to compensate.
@aweir14150 If that works for folks, definitely! This is catered to my particular workflow, and I figure it might be helpful to others as well. Did you have a link for the slider you're referring to? Always curious to check out more options.
You just have to search for them: https://civitai.com/search/models?sortBy=models_v9&query=muscle%20slider
Thanks for the ILXL update, @invariable !
