Hey guys, today I'm bringing you a lora of my OC from Inazuma Eleven Heroes Victory Road. I named her Popp (in honor of the daimadoushi).
This was the result of an experiment that turned out better than expected. It proves that I’m capable of creating a lora based on an editable in-game character—as long as I keep the design simple, of course.
In the game, I’ve set her up as a midfielder with penguin shots (the best hissatsus in the game, and I won’t hear any arguments).
I'll share some reference images that I used for the dataset so you can compare them.
Well, that's all I have to say—have a great day!

I can create almost any character from video games, anime, manga, doujin, manhwa, etc. in 2D and art styles as well. Feel free to send me a message if you're interested.

Looks neat.
I wouldn't expect making a LoRA of a video game custom character to be any different from any other 3D video game character of the same quality, limitations of the character creator used aside. I'd expect anything too complex would be ideas Illustrious struggles to work with in general, or the game not being conductive to producing enough varied poses/angles/BGs for ideal training data forcing a limit. Get enough pics from varied angles/poses/BG, tag them with "3D" (and maybe "cel rendering" and/or "low poly" where applicable) and you should be able to teach most things from polygonal data of sufficient fidelity.
@NanashiAnon Good tip—I'll keep that in mind for when I want to do something like this again.
@Kenderbell I've made several LoRAs off 3D models, and it's a surprisingly under-appreciated source of training data. I suspect its that people don't know about using the 3D tag. I don't do it more often because I find the process of getting screenshots with varied BG and poses at different angles boring, but for games where the character will be in cutscenes or have a camera mode it wouldn't be hard.
