This Lora is to have the subject perform a side bicep flex bodybuilder pose. Because the base model already knows what a regular bicep flex is, it can get more confused with this pose than the other poses I've done. It's a little more finicky.
Note: I've noticed the hands can get kind of nightmare-ish when the subject clenches them together for the flex. Sometimes lowering the lora weight helps. It seems to depend on the starting image. I guess some are just 'unlucky' lol.

I'm kinda curious what would happen if you combined all your LTX muscle training data into 1 lora. Like maybe it could give more realistic muscle definition.
it's possible. i might try that at some point. i think the problem is it wouldn't learn any one individual pose or action, but might learn a more detailed way of how muscles move and work.
@cruffsant461 ya, that's what I was thinking. It'd be better for just general motion so that the muscles would move in an accurate way.
Love love love your work, I am so grateful!
Thanks!
it just looks like they injected synthol... everywhere..
Works great with females too! Thank you. Any plans to create Loras for Back lat spread or side tricep poses? Great work!
No plans for that at the moment
Sad, only for LTX!
