XL version: There is a trigger word but the LoRA seems to be working even without it. Sample prompts along the lines of "RAW portrait photo of extrmusc woman presenting muscles". If it feels too strong at full weight, try to lower it to more reasonable levels.
Flux version: Trained with the same dataset, it gives good result at full weight but you can go higher for more extremes.

In my opinion it's actually the best muscle mommy Lora for Flux. But there is still room for improvement. In my experience it's messing around with the hands the higher the value is. For me it's best working with a 0.85 weight. Also it has the problem that most of the Loras has: the brown skin which I guess is the result of the training images of bodybuilders.
Thanks for the detailed feedback. I didn't have much time to test it, and it's trained on the same dataset as my 1.5 version. Hand mess I recognize as one of things Flux sometimes struggle with (I see it often in different personal LoRAs I make) and the skin color, yes, you are right, that's based on the training dataset. If I ever make a new version, I'll try to fix these :)
