Fulwish is a major antagonist in 2023 Science-Fantasy Turn Based Role-Playing Video Game Honkai: Star Rail. She is the director of Fulwish TV, a founder of the Research Society of Happy Smiles, and a wealthy philanthropist as well, who was one of the survivors of the Bloodstained Games incident and a schoolmate of Himeko. She uses her position to brainwash people with her Happiness Enhancement Surgery, which involves the powers of Abundance. Truthfully, she's actually a tragic survivor of the Bloodstained Games incident who become misanthropic after having been invited with the letter of an unnamed insensitive and jerkish Masked Fool. With her past, she used it to manipulate others and turns the charity organization into the cult today.

P.S. There's not much material about her on the internet, so the task turned out to be difficult. I generated a dataset using Grok/Gemini, but I still couldn't make her costume 100 percent canonical, but it turned out at least similar.
