The model I think is fairly self explanatory.
First time in probably a week I wasn't done my daily 7 by 1pm, currently 2, I think I've only done three so far? Kind of odd, the one day that I don't have any whisky, because I got 4x4 packs of non-alcoholic IPA's yesterday because a can is about 20 calories, and if I can swap to these instead of whisky, I'd figure..
a micky of whisky is about 800 calories, and if I do a day of eggs, thats about a thousand, so If I do whisky and eggs, just a little daily weightloss, but like what was it, mushrooms are 22 calories for 100 grams? I'd figure there's no way I'm going to eat over a kilogram of mushrooms in a day, so 220 calories for a day of mushroomies and then like 4 cans of non-alcoholic beer, and I'd be at just like 300 calories consumed for an entire day.
Previously I was doing a micky and mushrooms, so like 1000 calories a day, but I mean, if you're only consuming 300 calorie a day, and a pound of fat is like what, 3.5k calories a day, and just sitting on your ass at my age and height and activity I probably burn 2.5k calories a day.
If it works, it'll be one hell of a diet.
