Lion (ライオン, Raion) is the adopted daughter of the pirate captain Gilgamesh and a major NPC in Final Fantasy XI: Rise of the Zilart. She has a resolute and adventurous disposition, with a strong sense of justice and loyalty to her allies. Despite the dangerous missions she takes on, she maintains a cheerful and optimistic attitude. Lion doesn't wait for others to act, she will take the initiative in order to discover the truth regarding the Shadow Lord and the Zilart. Lion is also featured in Brave Exvius and Record Keeper. She was voted 4th most popular FFXI character by players.
