Chiharu is an OC made for my SRPGStudio game, The Legend of Zan Zanryu. She was an influence on the Touhou Project, a Wind Mage unit, and a tactician and advisor for Zanryu's planning.

Her design was based on Shiki Eiki Yamaxanadu, which is why she is a fan of the series. She wore a similar hat as a fan and a gift from her friend...
