This LoRA is meant to create a person princess carrying a (bound) person (woman). The woman can be bound with ropes and gagged with tape or a cleave gag.
If you want to reinforce the cleave gag, use a LoRA. You can also combine it with any gag LoRA.
It might create a blurred face on the person carrying, so, to be on the safe side, better describe how that person looks.
