Amazing. Works really well, thanks. If you ever run out of ideas, how about women with pierced tongues, perhaps in normal flat tongue open mouth pose and also licking lips pose? I remember trying to create a lora for this back in the SD1.5/SDXL days and the results were just body horror!

I located my old dataset - just a handful of images cropped to 512x512 pixels (I think that's all SD1.5 could handle for training). I seem to remember it being hard to find reasonable quality images of this subject. I might fire up AI toolkit to see if I can create a half-usable ZIT or WAN lora but my hopes aren't too high.
