What it does
Xenophage is an SDXL concept LoRA trained on Illustrious for alien/symbiote corruption, infestation, and transformation themes. Use it for body horror, sci-fi horror, biomechanical environments, egg-infested scenes, and full-body alien transformation imagery — from minor neck-and-arm corruption to full hive-bound transcendence.
Built around a curated 999-image dataset with rigorously hand-tagged stages, body-location specificity, and 11 color variants.

Core: xenophage
Parametric — substitute [color] and [bodypart]:
[color] alien corruption,[color] alien eggs,[color] glowing eyes,[color] glowing tongue,[color] streaks in hair, glowing [color] veinsalien corruption on [bodypart]Stages:
minor / partial / full alien corruption
Colors: blue · purple · green · gold · teal · red · silver · black work strongly. Pink and white are weaker (smaller training share). Rainbow tends to read as purple — boost with (iridescent, oil slick, holographic, prismatic:1.2) to push toward true multi-hue.
Bodyparts: face · neck · chest · torso · shoulders · arms · hands · legs · feet · back · tongue
Environment vocabulary: alien tendrils, alien tendrils emerging from egg/slime, alien egg cluster, alien hive, biomechanical, infestation, dripping slime
Good at
Stage-controllable transformation (the minor → full progression is a real axis, not just intensity)
Anatomical specificity (corruption stays where you put it)
Egg/tendril environments without a character (use
no humans, sceneryfor still lifes)Stacks cleanly with style LoRAs — tested across multiple style mixes without degradation
Multi-character and pose flexibility — concept doesn't override scene composition
Recommended settings
Weight:
0.8 – 1.0Works at any SDXL resolution; trained at ~1MP bucket sizes
Clip skip: 2 (Illustrious standard)
Best epoch: 25 (clean, no overtrain)
Xenophage is very flexible with style — tested cleanly across multiple style LoRAs without quality degradation or concept bleed. It also stacks well with other adjacent concept LoRAs to push their output toward the xeno aesthetic: try mixing it with venom symbiote, oviposition, tentacle, body horror, or biomechanical LoRAs to give them a corruption / infestation flavor. Recommended weight when stacking with another concept LoRA: 0.3 – 0.8 to let the partner LoRA lead.

Xenophage has crawled over to Kroma 🖤
Same corruption, new host. I retrained Xenophage for Kroma, lodestones' gorgeous Krea 2 fine-tune, on the v3 dataset everyone's been using on Illustrious. Every image was recaptioned in plain language.
Quick start
Start your prompt with xenophage. and then just describe them:
xenophage. A richly detailed semi-realistic digital painting, an extreme close-up of her lips. An adult woman touched by gold alien corruption, glossy black corruption laced with glowing gold veins creeping up her neck and along her jaw, small sharp fangs and a long glowing gold tongue curling around one of her fingers.
Kroma, Turbo-OPD: 8 steps, CFG 1, euler / simple, strength 1.0
Size: anything from 1 MP up to 2048 px. 21:9 ultrawide (2048×880) makes killer wallpapers.
Stacking: drop it to 0.3–0.5 when another concept LoRA should take the lead.
Fun things to try
Pick a color, any color. Gold, teal, purple, red and silver all glow beautifully. Two-tone and iridescent oil-slick corruption work too.
Say where it stops. "Corruption covers her arms and shoulders, ending at her collarbones; her chest is bare, normal skin."
Glowing eyes and tongues, fangs, black lips, and crackles of light between the lips. The mouth and eye close-ups are some of my favorite results.
No people needed: vein macros, corrupted roses, egg clusters, tendril-choked rooms and full alien hives.
Spicy is welcome. Solo, partnered, futa, femboys, converted partners, eggs. For group scenes, say who has what ("the woman on the left has gold eyes; the redhead is untouched").

If you make something with it, please post it here. I love seeing what you do with her, and it genuinely helps a small creator out. Enjoy! 💜
