Her outfit and her haircut are spot on, very nice work. Tho if i m perfectly honest i d say that her face doesn't exactly match with the original character. She has a bit too much of an anime look about her instead of a western style one.
If it's a personal interpretation, then it's perfect. If it's an attempt to reproduce her original look, then it's almost perfect, but not quite.
